Lane reserved for public transport vehicles
means, for the purposes of the Public Transport Act, a part of a carriageway, signposted as such and marked with the respective road surface marking, which is designated for the traffic of public transport vehicles which provide regular services, for taxis that meet the requirements ofsubsection 2 of § 64 of the Public Transport Act, and for buses carrying passengers.
