Crossing traffic light 71 have two red signals alternately flashing.
Crossing traffic light 71 may also be used at level crossings at grade for pedestrians to warn pedestrians of a rail vehicle approaching the crossing. In such case signals are illuminated at the same time and they are not flashing.
