requires drivers to drive at the speed indicated on the sign or faster (in km/h). Sign 451 applies up to the closest intersection or, if there is no intersection, to the end of the built-up area or up to sign 452 “End of compulsory minimum speed” or to sign 451 establishing a different compulsory minimum speed or for the distance stated on panel 821 “Area of application”
